We purchased two sets of Do-a-Dot markers: one regular colors and one brilliant colors. My 2-year old son loves coloring with them and uses them easily and surprisingly accurately. Markers say "washable" on the box, and the dye is easily removed from the hands by washing with warm water and soap - my son has no trace of the dye after his evening bath.
