These crayons are so cool because the colors can be layered giving a depth that crayons cannot. I think I bought them too early; I should have waited until my youngest was at least five for them to truly be appreciated. You have to supervise while they play with these as the potential for messiness is amped up dramatically due to the consistency of the product.
